At prior organizations, Marion’s leadership resulted in increased software renewals and record levels of expansion revenue, plus major improvements in customer and employee engagement, company officials said in a press release.
“After a comprehensive executive search, it became clear Mrs. Marion was the right fit for Noregon,” said Noregon’s Founder Bill Hathaway. “Not only is she a proven leader, but her extensive experience in software and technology positioned her as the perfect candidate for this role.”
Hathaway maintains his active role as executive chairman and will focus on strategy development and new market opportunities.
